Wingstop Multi-Site LED Rollout

A repeatable custom LED and digital signage deployment across multiple Wingstop locations, combining architectural LED features and branded digital content into a consistent rollout model.

Brief

Wingstop needed a distinctive, repeatable fit-out for its growing store network, architectural LED features and digital signage that could be deployed consistently across different venue layouts, from a compact Kings Cross servery to a full Penrith dining room. The brief covered custom LED ceiling and column features, branded digital menu content, and a rollout model other stores could reuse rather than a one-off install.

Build

Early fit-out and framing work across stores, ceilings opened up and prepared, batten framing and services run ahead of the LED and signage installation.

Heinemann Duty Free, Gold Coast Airport

A custom LED and digital signage installation for Heinemann Duty Free at Gold Coast Airport, combining a suspended halo display with curved and flat LED features to create a premium, high-visibility retail environment.

Brief

Heinemann needed digital signage that would match the premium airport retail experience while remaining highly visible across a busy duty-free environment. The brief included a large circular LED feature suspended above the main retail floor, alongside LED displays at the store entry and exit to support branded content, promotions and supplier campaigns. The installation needed to integrate cleanly into the retail fit-out while working around the access, coordination and delivery requirements of an airport environment.

Build

Early site works focused on preparing the mounting locations and support infrastructure for each display type, including the suspended halo feature, the curved exit display and the flat entry LED wall, coordinated closely with the wider shopfitting works going on around it.

Installation

Three distinctly different LED formats built into one store: a circular, ceiling-mounted halo display above the main retail floor, a curved LED feature at the exit, and a large flat LED display at the entry, each built into the surrounding architecture rather than simply mounted onto a wall.

Finished Result

A collection of high-impact digital canvases throughout the Gold Coast Airport duty-free store, the suspended halo feature as the main visual centrepiece above the cosmetics floor, with the entry and exit LED displays strengthening the customer journey through the space, together forming a flexible platform for Heinemann branding, supplier campaigns and changing retail content.

The Concord Club Venue-Wide AV Upgrade

A venue-wide AV, LED and digital signage upgrade for The Concord Club, delivered across the sports bar, courtyard, TAB area, entry, function space and wider public areas.

Brief

The Concord Club was undergoing a major refurbishment and needed technology that could support the different ways guests use the venue. The scope included high-impact sport viewing, digital signage at key guest touchpoints, background and event audio, function room connectivity and straightforward venue control. Rather than treating each space as a separate installation, the project brought the club's visual, audio and control systems together into a consistent venue-wide solution.

Build

Avico worked alongside the construction program as the venue took shape, coordinating display locations, speaker positions, cable pathways and the infrastructure required for centralised AV control. Early works included preparation for the sports bar LED wall, the outdoor courtyard screen, entry displays and distributed audio throughout the venue.

Installation

The installation combined LED, commercial displays, distributed audio and local AV connection points across several different spaces. The sports bar received a large LED wall as the focal point for sport and major events. In the courtyard, an outdoor LED display and speaker system created a dedicated outdoor viewing space, while the TAB and function room were equipped with their own dedicated display and audio solutions.

Commissioning

Each area was tested and brought online as part of the final fit-out, covering display playback, audio coverage and day-to-day operation across the venue. A Crestron control system provides staff with a central point of control for the connected AV systems, helping the venue move between regular trade, sport viewing and event use.

Finished Result

The completed project gives The Concord Club a connected technology experience from the moment guests arrive through to the club's key entertainment and event spaces. The large sports bar LED wall creates a standout destination for live sport and major events, while the courtyard LED screen and distributed speaker system extend that experience outdoors. Together with the TAB display, entry screens, external digital sign, function room connection points and centralised control, the installation gives staff a flexible platform for daily club operations, events and changing content.
